SAFETY FIRST: MEDICAL SHIPS AND HEALTH PROFESSIONALS WAITING ALONG THE ROUTE

There will also be medical care along the route: medical boats will constantly cruise next to the field.

Consult your doctor before you start!

Despite all its physiological benefits, sports activity can also pose risks, albeit to a very small extent. It is important to consult your doctor before engaging in serious performance!

Only start if you are properly prepared!

Only participate in a sporting event or a more strenuous training session that requires more than average effort when you are prepared! Do not participate in the planned event or the next training session if you are sick, injured, have a fever, or have vomiting or diarrhea!

If you need to, slow down, stop, and ask for help!

If you feel any unusual signs while playing sports/competition, slow down, stop, and if necessary, ask for help! The above does not depend on the length of the sports activity, what constitutes serious performance is unique to each person. Be responsible for yourself, play sports smartly!
